With the fundraising for the purchase of Sacrifice Island well underway, MICA's 6th annual Gala Dinner & Auction focused on raising money to support this acquisition. We topped last year's record ($26,000) with a new record of over $35,000!
Thank you to everyone - our Supporters, Donors, Gala Guests, Volunteers, musicians Dr. Laurie McNeill and Rich Knowles and theOrganizing Committee - who helped make this year's event a resounding success.
The evening reflected the culture and lifestyle of this exceptional coastal region by auctioning island experiences - the art, music, photography, stories, cooking and outdoor life.

Marilyn Hart (second from left) and Ron Whynot (third from right) created a Gourmet Dinner
