"A Social History of the Offshore Fishery"
A glimpse into the lifestyles, routines, and cultural
traditions of those who made their living within a world of
tall ships and the fishing banks.
Adrian Morrison
This year's presentation was given by Adrian Morisson, Curator of Collections at the Lunenburg Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic. Adrian's topic was A Social History of the Off Shore Fishery.

Approximately 40 distinct email addresses linked into the Zoom meeting. Using this format, we avoided the Covid 19 restrictions, and we were able to include MICA members from outside the Mahone Bay area.

Special thanks are extended to Adrian for his excellent presentation, and as well to Linda Weiser, John Taylor and Jim Rosbe for their help in organising the event and recording the presentation.

For those who missed the evening, here is the link to the presentation https://youtu.be/AfapRqNV0_g

Best Wishes,
Michael Ernst on behalf of the MICA RD Committee
